Welcome to Mountain States International MUN ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including delegate registration and participation in our Model United Nations conferences ("the Service").

You must be 12 years or older to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Delegate Registration

To participate in our MUN conferences, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable registration fee. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

5. Payment

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

6. Code of Conduct

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your participation in our events. You agree to participate at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and during our events, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and documents, are the property of MSIMUN and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of J&K, INDIA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of J&K, INDIA.
